Venue enquiries
The Liquid Exchange is operated by Troy Staddon. When you apply for venue access, we store the contact and venue details you supply, your POS system and your message. We use these to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss a possible setup. An application does not start a paid subscription or sign you up to a marketing list.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our hosted database on Cloudflare infrastructure and are available through the authorised operator’s inbox. They are retained while we handle the enquiry and any resulting venue setup. We do not publish or sell your contact details. Hosting providers process the information needed to deliver and secure this service.
The public demo
The demo stores sample market settings, sales and activity locally in your browser. These are not sent to Square. Resetting the demo resets sample sales and prices while retaining your chosen settings; clearing this site’s browser data removes its local storage. The demonstration does not require a login.
Security and login
We use a keyed hash of the submitting network address to limit repeated form submissions. We do not store the raw address in the enquiry database. Admin email verification and password authentication are provided by Supabase. Your password is processed by Supabase; it is not stored in our venue database. Login cookies keep you signed in, and active operator sessions are checked on the server. During the changeover, an existing owner session remains usable until the new password is activated. The site does not add advertising trackers.
Your choices
To ask about your information, correct it or request its deletion, use the venue enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in your message. Include the email address used for the original enquiry so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
